What type of custom rotational molding products do you produce?
In the 20+ years that we have offered custom plastic roto molding services, our Fibertech Plastics team has produced custom industrial, commercial and retail products: fan housings, custom material handling containers, cabinets, kayaks and canoes, lockers … the list goes on and on.
How does rotational molding compare to other types of plastic molding?
Plastic molding is a complex process and choosing the right type of molding process for your product or part is critical. We want to help you make the right decision for your project so we have published an insightful guide entitled “A Simple Guide To Plastic Molding … Is Rotational Molding Right For You?” This is a great resource to help you discover the right solution. You can find the guide here.
What are your costs for tooling?
Tooling costs for custom rotomolded plastic parts and products depend on size and configuration. However, compared to other processes – such as blow molding or injection molding—rotational molding tooling can be 10% to 20% of the cost.
How much will I pay for freight?

I already have a mold. Can you use it?
Yes, although it may require modifications to fit to our equipment. These adjustments are usually minor.
I have a mold but the product is complex: large, multiple walls, and I have changes.
Yes, absolutely. Want to change the thickness of the walls for the next run? We can handle that too. We can produce custom roto molded products ranging from small to large. Multi-wall moldings are typically no problem, as we can change thickness without modifying the mold. For more information, give us a call at 800.304.4600.
