Jennifer has an extensive background in employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and organizational development. In her previous role as Senior HR Business Partner at AmeriQual Foods, Jennifer successfully managed workforce planning, led employee satisfaction initiatives, and implemented compliance-driven HR processes. Her leadership fostered a positive workplace culture and contributed to long-term operational success.
