With more than nine years of experience in complex sales and client support roles, John has demonstrated an exceptional ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners. His expertise in consultative techniques and understanding of customer needs have consistently driven impressive results for customers throughout his career.
Before joining Fibertech Plastics, John served a pivotal role at Brake Supply where he oversaw team activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols and efficient inventory management. His coordination with multiple departments to optimize workflow and prioritize tasks was instrumental in meeting production demands and maintaining inventory accuracy.
As a Sales Representative at Meyer Distributing, John analyzed customer industry trends to develop and propose value-added solutions, enhancing client satisfaction and engagement. His in-depth product education for customers and strategic communication with key decision-makers played a crucial role in fostering new client relationships and supporting business growth initiatives.
Throughout his career, he has honed a diverse skill set that includes territory management, account management, team collaboration and relationship cultivation.
